It's not mandatory, but a base of professional experience in strategic, managerial or training fields is recommended. We evaluate each application individually.
Foundation: 4 weeks part-time. Advanced: 8 weeks. Expert: 12 weeks. Each level is compatible with a full-time job.
The program is primarily online with weekly live sessions. For the Expert level, a final in-person session is required.
Yes. From Foundation level you can use the framework in your consulting. From Expert level you can also train other professionals in your area.
Each certified analyst receives a digital badge with a unique code. Anyone can verify the certification's authenticity through our platform by entering the code or searching the name in the directory.
Each cohort is limited to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure training quality and personalized feedback.
