The Mission
Every day, individuals and organizations make decisions that shape their future. Some of these decisions carry disproportionate consequences — not because they're obviously wrong, but because they're structurally fragile. The DAMM framework was born from the observation that most costly decisions share common patterns that can be identified and prevented.
My work bridges the gap between behavioral science and practical decision-making. Through the book, the platform, and direct consulting, I help people move from intuitive to structured decision-making — without losing speed or flexibility.
